If you have notified us of a problem with the goods, we will, at our option either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question. Any product damages and/or defects must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Shortages must also be reported within 48 hours.

CYBER BATHROOMS STRONGLY ADVISE THAT YOU DO NOT BOOK A PLUMBER OR FITTER UNTIL YOUR GOODS HAVE ARRIVED AND HAVE BEEN CHECKED. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY PLUMBING OR FITTING COSTS OR COMPENSATION.

We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods, and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions.

In the event of a pricing error on www.cyberbathrooms.com we will not be bound to honour any orders made at that price.

Returns will only be accepted if they are returned with their original packaging intact and in the exact same condition as they were dispatched. All returns are subject to a re-stocking charge of 20% of the purchase price excluding carriage. We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered hereunder that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control. This does not affect your statutory rights.

To cancel an order, Cyber Bathrooms must receive written notice seven working days from the day after the goods were received. Cyber Bathrooms is under no legal obligation to accept cancellations after this period.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU WRITE OUR ADDRESS ALL OVER THE PRODUCT PACKAGING THEN THE PRODUCT IS NO LONGER IN RESALEABLE CONDITION AND YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

Any guarantees quoted on the www.cyberbathrooms.com Website are manufacturer's guarantees. We pass on manufacturers warranties in good faith but we do not endorse them and they form no part of your contract with Cyber Bathrooms. In the event the manufacturer becomes insolvent the guarantee is lost.

All returns are tested and if the item proves not to be faulty then only the product value will be refunded. The re-stocking charge of 20% will apply as will any delivery charges that Cyber Bathrooms have covered. Refunds do not include the delivery charge.
